§1
1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay in the Apartment (premises) and are an integral part of the contract.
2. The contract is concluded by making a reservation (via telephone or online), paying an advance payment or the entire amount due for the stay by the guest (tenant).
3. By concluding the contract, the guest (tenant) confirms that he has read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.
4. The Regulations apply to all guests of the Apartment.
§2
1. The apartment in the facility is rented per hotel day, based on the number of nights. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the next day.
2. Quiet hours apply from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
3. It is not allowed to organize parties, special events or listen to loud music. Any conduct disturbing the peace or violating the property of neighbors in the apartments nearby is unwelcome.
4. The guest should report the wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival no later than 9 p.m. on the day before the departure day.
5. The facility will take into account the request to extend the stay as far as possible, but reserves the right to change the rented apartment.
§3
1. The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which the Guest paid the fee for the stay has not expired; persons not registered at the facility may stay in the apartment from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Only the number of people registered when making the reservation can stay overnight in the premises.
3. If the Guest cancels their stay during the hotel day, the facility will not refund the fee for a given hotel day.
4. The facility may refuse to accommodate a Guest or shorten their stay in the apartment if: during the previous or current stay the Guest grossly violated the hotel regulations, caused damage to the property of the hotel or of other guests or caused personal injury to Guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying in the facility, or was inappropriate with employees of the facility, or otherwise disturbed the guests' peaceful stay.
5. Due to fire protection, the Tenant cannot use any devices powered by electricity that do not constitute the equipment of the premises, except: chargers, computers, shavers, hair dryers.
§4
1. The guest is financially responsible for any damage, destruction or shortage of items in the apartment equipment resulting from his or her fault or the fault of people visiting him or her.
2. The tenant is obliged to immediately inform the staff about any damage and deficiencies found in the apartment and to report any damage caused by him/her during the stay.
3. The guest is obliged to properly secure the apartment, carefully close the entrance door during their stay in the apartment and the entrance doors and windows each time they leave the apartment, and carefully store the keys without access to them by unauthorized persons.
4. The guest cannot duplicate keys to the premises or change the locks on their own.
5. Without the written consent of the Manager, the premises cannot be used for commercial purposes, photo sessions, video recordings, etc.
6. beHAPPY Apartments are not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, other valuable items or items of scientific or artistic value stored by the Guest in the apartment. Each apartment is equipped with a professional hotel safe.
7. Personal items left in the apartment by the departing guest will be sent back, at the guest's expense, to the indicated address. In the absence of instructions, beHAPPY Apartments will store the items for one month and then donate them to charity, for public use or dispose of them.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in beHAPPY apartments. For violating the ban, there is an additional fee of PLN 500, resulting from the need to ozonate the rooms. Places designated for smoking are balconies and places outside the building.
9. Each time a Guest leaves the apartment, for safety reasons, he or she is asked to close all windows, turn off the lights, turn off electrical appliances, turn off the taps and lock the doors.
§5
1. The Customer/Guest's personal data will be properly secured and used by beHAPPY Apartments only for the purposes of providing the Apartment rental service.
2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
